i own a p5nd2-sli mother board by asus

the specs meet out i belive but im not quite sure
asus puts out list of the capible cpu but i didnt come across it, not sure if they updated there list

This motherboard does NOT support the Core 2 Duo processors.

Heres a list of boards that ASUS tells you which ones support Core 2 DUO cpu's.

i still dont see how it couldnt, asus says the deluxe version can and i compared both cpu capabilities, sided by side, they seem to be a macth, they just wrote alot more for the delux version

Every spec sheet I've found on your processor says it only supports through the Pentium D. As SRX said, it will not support C2D.

i want to get a new mobo, i was looking at the nvidia one, and getting the new 8800 geforce, so excited about and its price
