Hi, i am using outlook 2002 (using xp) and all of a sudden, most of the time, when I go to check my emails, I get an operation failed message. Sometimes I can still check my emails; sometimes I can't. Also, sometimes when I restart my computer it works, and sometimes it doesn't, forcing me to uninstall and then reinstall the software. Can someone help me resolve this problem? I am not very 'techy', and would appreciate some tips. thanks so much, in advance.
