Ok id like some insight as to what could be causing this error; and what exactly it is.

Advanced error report reads- C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini010607-02.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Truong\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys.

Hi Confliction_...

This error can be caused by quite a few things. Have you recently updated your video card drivers? A failing RAM module can also cause this.

That being said, there is also a problem with Windows itself trying to write a minidump file where one already exists. There is a patch available from Microsoft that will address this issue. Microsoft Patch
