ok, a few months ago I transitioned to a new provider. My old provide had canned scripting to install phpnuke and also created a mysql db at the same time. I backed up everything including the mysql db. My new provider provides way more power and customization but requires you to do everything manually. I think I have phpnuke installed, but I don't have mysql db up yet. I'm not sure where to start or what to do. I know that I will probably have to go through and clean up everything to point to the right things afterwords. here's the deal. my site isn't compllicated at all. once I figure out how to do everything, then I have another site to transition to my provider.

thanks,
