This is an interesting physiogical neurolgoy anomaly.

Here are the steps:

In a sitting position, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles with it.
While making circles, draw the number 6 in the air with your right hand.

Your foot will change directions and there is nothing you can do about it.

Thats pretty neat, the human body is full of interesting quirks like that, by interconnecting appendages the body can respond faster than it would without it and natural motion is achieved without active thought but when active thought is applied it works as we see in reverse, i always find it really interesting how weird and wonderful the human body is infintiley complex and simple at the same time.
