Generic 32 Hosting problem!

Hi all I'm new.

Now I have ebeen getting errors like "Generic 320 Processing has performed an error and must be shut down..." that disables my sound.

Now when I restart my PC, it's fine again but 30 minutes to 3 hours later, I get the message again!

How do I fix this?

The message isn't exactly that. I have forgotten what it says. When I next get it, I'll post what it says.
