Hi soconfused...

Right click on the Start button and choose "Properties". Under the "Taskbar" tab, click on the "Customize" button. Locate the email notifier icon in the list and click on it...then, using the drop down menu, set it to "Always Show" and apply the change.

Does this bring the desired result?

This is a setting.

Open Incredimail and look on the toolbar. There should be a link for "Tools" or something similar. I don't use Incredimail so I can't be more specific. There will likely be an option under that for "Options" or "Preferences".

Do you see such menus?
