hello everybody,

I have been having problems connecting on the internet. Every time I connect after a few seconds I get an error message:
"internet explorer needs to close, sorry for the inconvenience".
I havee the following details but I do not what they mean and how to sort out the problem:

Error signature:

AppName: i explore.exe
ModName: windec 33.dll
AppVer: 6.02800.1106
Modver: 2.0.0.0
Offset: 0000ce10

My operating system is XP.

This is not easy.

This is what i would do:
You have to find a way to uninstall your latest IE explorer and reinstall it.
in some cases that means uninstalling the SP2 and or the IE updates.

Then go to the Microsoft website --> downloads and get the latest IE6 sp1

here is the direct link:

http://www.microsoft...../ie6setup.exe

try first running the ie6 setup directly.
