Hello :whistling: Sorry for the delay

Do you know what this program is ShoppersHotlineWired? I'm not familiar with it.

Please download ComboFix and save it to your desktop.
Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's done running it will produce a log for you. Please post that log in your next reply with a new Hijack log

Important Note - Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.

I was able to do most of the items you sent but when I finished the section in Safe Mode of the show hidden files and folders and started the part:
using windows (rightclick start, left click explore) Delete the following files and folders

I did not see the 3 files or 2 folders listed anywhere. There was only a Programs folder and a Desktop.INI that were showing.
I am not very computer literate when it comes to fixing things like this so if there is a certain place that I should be looking for them (besides them being right on the page in front of me) please be a bit more descriptive.

Hi :whistling:

Please download the Killbox by Option^Explicit.

Note: In the event you already have Killbox, this is a new version that I need you to download.
  • Save it to your desktop.
  • Please double-click Killbox.exe to run it.
  • Select:
    • Delete on Reboot
    • then Click on the All Files button.
  • Please copy the file paths below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose copy):

    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\tmpwisc1.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\epajmxav.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\~os6B.tmp\ossproxy.exe
    C:\Program Files\Ultimate Cleaner
    C:\DOCUMENTS and Settings\Rafael\Application Data\Ultimate Cleaner

  • Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose Paste from Clipboard.
  • Click the red-and-white Delete File button. Click Yes at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click OK at any PendingFileRenameOperations prompt (and please let me know if you receive this message!).
Post a new hijack log when done

Hi,

I downloaded Killbox and started to run it but it would not let me paste all of the items both ways (control+C or rightclick and copy) when I tried to do it.

The item that does not want to paste is

C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\~os6B.tmp\ossproxy.exe

I didn't know if I should continue with the other 4 or all of them have to be deleted at the same time so I did not do anything. I thought that maybe it might cause a problem if I only delete the 4 instead of all 5.

Please let me know what to do and thank you for being patient with me. I feel like such an idiot since other people might know to just go ahead and do the 4 but I would rather ask questions than do something wrong.

Hi,

I thought that I would just type in each of the 5 items to delete them since I was having a lot of problems. NONE of them had that prompt (PendingFileRenameOperations) come up.

I ran a Hijack log listed below:

*******Last night when I tried to shut down my computer a small window came up saying ossproxy.exe failed to initialize.

********Before while I was using my computer, a window called Windows Defender came up with a warning about a High alert for MarketScore.RelevantKnowledge. Hi :whistling:

I'm sorry for the delay, work has been rather hectic.

Please go HERE to run Panda's ActiveScan
  • Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button
  • A new window will open...click the Check Now button
  • Enter your Country
  • Enter your State/Province
  • Enter your e-mail address and click send
  • Select either Home User or Company
  • Click the big Scan Now button
  • If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
  • It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
  • When download is complete, click on My Computer to start the scan
  • When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location. Post the contents of the ActiveScan report along with a new hijackthis log.

Hi,

I ran the Panda scan and it did not have a report since it came up saying:

No viruses or malicious software found.

When I shut down my computer last night a small window came up saying something like:

ossproxy.exe - DLL failed to initilize

Is this file the "virus" or whatever is causing my problem?

Here is the Hijackthis log:
