Hello...

I have a Dell Dim8400, XP SP2, 3.2GHz, 1GB RAM, 250 GB HD
Using AVG Antivirus, ZA Pro, SnoopFree, Win Patrol, Sywareguard & Arovax Shield

3 days ago Dell tech replaced the motherboard and hard drive (was 160GB).
I installed the OS and softwares and all seemed well.
Then I created two users on the computer.
Everytime I log into a particular profile (the first one I created) a folder pops up titled "system32". I close it and all is well.
Folder address: C:\WINDOWS\system32
I called Dell and their tech advised me to delete the user with the pop up folder. Did that, and and created another user and had no pop up folder until today.
The same folder "system32' pops up everytime I log into a particular profile.

How can I stop this folder from popping up without deleting the user?

Please help!
