Here on my work PC, every time I (and my boss for that matter) forward or reply to an e-mail containing my signature the font color goes from black to yellow and the line spacing "after:" defaults to auto (as opposed to 0pts). I'm using Word as my e-mail editor and reader for rich text messages.
I have to reformat my signature every time and it is very inconvenient. How can I get it to stop changing the setting?
