When I go to download the playonline viewer and tetra master the setup is cancelled after it is almost fully downloaded. I was wondering how I would be able to setup my final fantasy so that I can play.

I am not very familiar with this at all. so please bear with me. does it give any kind of message when it cancels? How much drive space do you have free?

It says setup cancelled, because the wizard was interupted. I have 9 gigs. and another drive also.

ok, the onlything I can think of without going to thier support site is for you to run hijackthis and post the log here. this will help us rule out spyware related issues.
