Many pop ups and virus i think, help!

I posted here awhile ago then did everything that ther person asked me too and then reposted and they never responded! This was a long time ago! My pop ups are now much worse and i am getting pop ups from diffrent sites! :whistling: !!!

Please apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to reinfection and we're both just wasting our time.
