Yes, or I thought I did, I will try that step again. One more question, I am running Norton on my computer. Which fire wall should I run Nortons or Windows Firewall?

It's important that you use only one firewall. Windows firewall is good against incoming threats whereas a third party firewall like Norton's would protect you from both; incoming and outgoing threats. So, I would recommend that you use Norton's. Most third party firewalls turn off Windows firewall automatically to avoid complications. I would assume that your Windows firewall is turned off by Norton's anyway.
