old bookmarks in firefox

hi there, could you please tell me how to get my old bookmaks back from firefox, ive reinstalled windows, but still have the old system on my other HDD please could you tell me if there is any way i can get them back, many thanks

Bookmarks for Firefox live in this folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<random folder name>\bookmarks.html
