I attached the HJT log. The information is no longer visible. I can remove the log, but you will need to post another in the Malware forum.

There is some evidence of infection showing in the log. Let's get that cleaned up and see if the problem persists.

Please go to the Malware Forum and follow the instructions found there.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself...then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum. Be patient, the Malware Forum is a very busy place and a two or three day wait is not unusual. DO NOT REPLY TO OR BUMP YOUR OWN LOG. If it shows a reply it may be overlooked as one that is being worked on.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

I just went to the Malware forum. I don't feel that my computer skills
has enough knowledge to do what they ask. Please memove the log for me.
I will call out a tech in my local area to fix the problem. I am just afraid
that I will really mess it up worst then it is now.
Thank you both for all your help.

The malware experts can walk you through this, DottyJ...they are very good at what they do. You should give it a try.

I will remove the HJT log from your earlier post... :whistling:
