I have a member of staff here who cannot view video on his laptop.

The screen is just black but the sound plays.

I have tested
Media Player
Real player
WinDVD all with the same results.

I have downloaded many codecs and still the same results.

Anyone have an idea as to why this may be?

Kind Regards
Ewan

Hi Keith,

Ok the problem isnt with his laptop or the media players.

The video displays on the laptop screen, just not on the PC monitor that he uses to work with.

Is there an easy solution to this??

Regards
Ewan
