I just built a gaming computer for x-mas and had it runnin nicely for a few day....like a week ago It would go to boot up and end up turning itself off with in 30 seconds of being powered up...Heres a list of my hardware

Do you have the mobo properly attached to the case? that can cause problems.

Yah Ive even taken it out and re-put everything back in perfectly....Ive been hearing memory problems? My mobo requests DDR2 6400...Ive got DDR2 5400 in it?

That could be it.. not liking the RAM your putting in.

you can verify this theory by taking the case out of the picture, you can place all the components on an antistatic surface and give it a go in the nude :whistling:

this way you can rule out a short

First I heard my PSU Wasnt big enough...was 450W so I got a 650W and that didnt help then I heard memory but I want some info before I go spend 300$ for 2gigs of new memory....
