Well, I bought a highly recommended psu that came in DOA (http://www.newegg.co.....2E16817104954), so I sent it back this morning. I do have a 300 watt antec sitting here with only a 20 pin connector, and I'm curious as to whether or not it will run my system, just to get windows installed and all the drivers updated and such, so when my replacement PSU comes back I don't have to deal with it at that time. I have:

7900GS (with a PCI-e to Molex adapter)
AMD athlon 64 4000+
DFI lanparty NF4 expert L20-LP UT
512 MB cheapo PC3200
WD 80GB SATA HD
Sony 16x DVD ROM

If needed I can list the PSU specs.

This looks like a gaming pc....

Will you be running any games?

If so, I would NOT recommend it.. just use it to turn on and surf web, music, and whatsoever you prefer that is light weight.
