When I try to download a video it plays with soundtrack but no vision

When I go to play a shockwave jigsaw puzzle a notice pops up saying that Windows has encountered a

problem and shut it and the web page as well.

Uninstalled Shockwave and reinstalled it...no change

BUT

After checking the Device Manager I noticed the Exclamation mark against the SIS 900 PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter.

A Quick call to a mobile computer fixing service who uninstalled the Adapter and reinstalled it.

Problem seems to be fixed!

Many thanks for your time to help me... :whistling:
