I have a client who is using WildBlue as her ISP. About a week ago her connection was spuratic, sometimes she had a connection other times.... The Service Tech came out and replace a piece on the dish. Worked fine for 4days. On the 5th day no internet. She called me and of course went into the cmd and did an ipconfig /all, tracert, ping etc... Everything checked out and worked fine; however every time went IE6 no internet. I am stumped!!! Any suggestions would be great.

ps...We did turn off all of her norton security program.

I would suggest contacting your I.S.P. again.

Also, there may be something wrong with the server.

You may have a virus, as well
