If you right click the drive in device manager and click update driver, does it do anything

Most people with the error, tried any or all of these, changed brand of disc, used 650MB discs, updated the firmware, changed the writer drive

Ask Benq first, if it has a two year warranty it can go to the shop, otherwise, it could cost as much to get a shop to look at it as buy a new drive

nah no changes with the device manager. well ok thank you so much for the help. ill probably try different disc. and then take it in to get looked at or just purchase a new one. but thanks for time and help.
