Was wondering if someone could shed some light as to why my computer is very slow when online? When I first boot up my computer it always fires up at a connection speed of 54.0 mbps but shorly thereafter always declines down to 2.0 mbps which makes the net VERY slow.
Is this a problem with my computer or is it the internet company I am using?
