When I Ctrl Alt Del it says taskmanager has been disabled by administrator and then the computer restarts, I can not do regedit from the start menu, it is not there anymore, I cannot do system restore or use any sytem tools, if I try the computer restarts.. I have tried task manager tools and i have restarted the computer in safe mode with command prompt and regedited there software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\policies\system and added DisableTaskmgr and set the value to 0. i also did a system restore through safemode with command prompt but it made no change.. I have updated and ran my virus scan and my windows defender and have found no problems...
At a loss Please Help....
