Malware problem

Every time i try to connect to the net using a few certain programs (Warcraft 3, Opera, Msn messenger) The program closes.

No errors, no nothing, it just closes in the blink of any eye. The thing is though, i can open the program and fiddle with it (warcraft i can play single player, opera i can screw with settings and whatnot) but as soon as i make the program connect to the internet it crashes. IE still works, AIM still works, Firefox still works, just a select number of programs dont seem to work, i think they might of been somehow infected. Here is my HJT log:

Hello and welcome. :blink:

A malicious .DLL file is disrupting the LSP chain on your computer. We need to get rid of it:
  • Please download LSPFix from here.
  • Run the LSPFix.exe that you have just finished downloading.
  • Check the I know what I'm doing box.
  • In the Keep box you should see one or more instances of rlls.dll
  • Select every instance of rlls.dll and move each one to the Remove box by clicking the >> button.
  • When you are done click Finish>>
Next, go to your Add/Remove Programs list under Control Panel.

Scroll the list and uninstall any of these if present:

WhenUSave
Save
New.net Applications
New.net Domains <- Anything that says New.Net

After this.....

Before we can continue, it is extremely important to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

Apply the update, reboot, and post back with a fresh HijackThis log. :whistling:
