I do not know if this is adware or not i have googled it but can't find the answer please help

I think i would look for the program and find out what it does. Maybe see if moving it to recycle bin causes problems. It may just be some renamed spyware. You can set ZA to where it always deny's access and you won't get the popup all the time.

thank you tried to delete file zwrkpqty.exe came up with access is denied make sure that the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use thank you

You can try this program to unlock the file so it can be deleted to the recycle bin. Look at the processes so if there is a entry in the registry you will have an idea where to look for it in there to delete the reference.

Sorry, i know nothing at all about AOL except that i saw it very early way back in 1995 and i didn't like what i saw then. I have never messed with it.
