My wife is away on personal business and needs to connect. At her location, dial up is the only option. She can successfully connect to her ISP (Earthlink) and has full connectivity for a few minutes, but then cannot receive. Another computer at the same location has no such problem. Below is an excerpt of the e-mail she sent me. Any thoughts would be welcomed.

What's happening is that a few minutes into my connection, it stops receiving. "Sending" light continues - but nothing is receiving. I'm not technically disconnected, but I might as well be.

It's running on Com3, max port speed 115200

Driver info: Agere, dated 6/29/2006, version 2.1.72.0
