I need some help I am trying to configure exchange server and i get it all working except it will not recieve any emails all i can do is send the emails. please let me know if you need more information.

our email is external pop,

this may be able to help you a little more here is the error

"To send Internet email, the selected server cannot be a bridgehead server"

this is the error message that i keep getting. Hope this helps a little more
