I've used Spysweeper which thinks it removes it but doesn't. I've attached a log from
HijackThis. I'd appreciate any and all help.

1. Move Hijackthis.exe into a real folder like c:/hjt

2. Open Hijackthis and click scan. Then tick and fix the following in Hijackthis with all windows closed excpet Hijackthis.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ffis] C:\WINDOWS\isrvs\ffisearch.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [etbrun] C:\windows\system32\elitetkf32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KavSvc] C:\WINDOWS\system32\rivlz.exe

3. Reboot and delete the folders.

C:\WINDOWS\isrvs\ffisearch.exe

4. Delete the files.

C:\windows\system32\elitetkf32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\rivlz.exe

5. Then post a new Hijackthis log here in a reply.

I followed what you said but the spyware came right back so it couldn't be removed.

1. Make sure you have your pc to show all files go here for instructions on how to show all files. http://www.xtra.co.n...1916458,00.html

2. Go into safe mode go here for instructions on how to get into safemode. http://service1.syma...001052409420406

3. While in safemode open Hijackthis and click scan. The tick and fix the following in Hijackthis with all windows closed excpet Hijackthis.
