Recovering Deleted History in FF ?

Can it even be done? I know FF dosen't use index.dat files..so is there any way to see what someone has deleted?

I have reason to believe my DH is using my bussiness Computer to access some (possibly illegal) things that could compromise my entire bussiness. Unfortunatley I only realized this,this morning (have a keylogger now) but I am freaking out over what he "could have" been looking at.

Is there anything I can do to try and recover some of the sites visited?
