[Strange1]

suddenly monitor only shows white screen. It is a 19" LCD Hanns-G only about a month old. Have yet to try another monitor or computer. Anyone out there ever had this prob? Sure could use some help Thanx.

is it like a light or is it more like a white you see on this page? if it looks like a light in the background then either the lcd harness is loose/bad or the video isn't sending a signal or the actual lcd panel is dead.

Faulty monitor. Returned to factory.

yep I repair laptops for toshiba and have run into that... if you are lucky it's just the connector ( "harness" ) and not the screen itself... good luck with the replacement.
