Computer is running slow again...

When my screen saver comes up, sometimes my computer screen goes black and it doesn't want to revive or shut down..

Spybot Search and Destroy keeps finding the same thing: "windows antivirus disable notify"

I'm pretty sure its a bug...cause I don't need to defrag and I run ccleaner pretty religiously..

Any thoughts?
