Invalid Syntax Error

frequently i get this stupid "Invalid Syntax Error" while i am browsing the internet and it always sends me to the same site shell:windows\web\tip.htm how do i fix this before i set my computer on fire!!!

you micht want to try an other browser.
Firefox is good.

What sites? Do the sites have a url that looks like:

http(s)://username:password@server/resource.ext

?
