Help! Strange italics in my browser...

Hey everyone. For some reason, most all of the text I see on internet explorer (on sites like Google or Wikipedia for instance) is in italics, although this one and most other forums are just fine. So far I know for sure that the problem isn't in the Tools--Internet Options--Fonts window, and have no idea what else could be causing it. If anyone knows any kind of solution, I would greatly appreciate it if you shared.
