Hi,

Friend of mine seems to have lost ALL his stuff, i've told him that it might be possible to recover some of it and that even if he is unable to see it it's still stored on the hdd.

How can he go about this without needing a Phd?

I found EasyRecovery Professional v6.10.07, is that any good?

I've used Getdataback before and it worked great. You can download it to see if you can recover what you want as it has it's own viewer built in but to save it on to your computer sadly you have to buy it.

Hi IhateMS...

How was the data lost? That may have some bearing on how it can be recovered.
