Outlook 2003 and FrontPage issue...

My Frontpage 2000 keeps trying to install (as like in trying to correct a problem..)but only does so while my Outlook 2003 is open. Specifically it usually happens when I hit REPLY to an email. Any suggestions?

Do you have Office 2000 or Office 2003? There is a known issue with Office 2000 after applying SP2, but I've not seen it specific to FrontPage. Can you provide us with a little more detail?
