I recently purchased a new computer and it did not come with any serial ports...just usb. I have a netcaller id which connects by serial port. I purchased an adapter for serial to usb, but the computer does not find my netcaller id. I really like the product and I wish to continue to use it. Is there a way to get my computer to find my netcaller id? Thanks!
