Hi

Thanks for the log. :whistling:

Lotsa stuff for sure. I have to do some checking through this before I do anything to remove/fix anything.
Can't just remove everything we see here or we will likely break a few other programs.

We have added/removed some programs since I last asked for uninstall log.

Can I get another please?
Open Hijackthis
Open misc tools section
Open uninstall manager
Save list....
Save list someplace & post the results.

Thanks

Here's the list. :whistling: Have you had a chance to think about why IE doesn't switch from one window to the next when you click on it? I just encountered it and you have to click on the window you want (HJT) then back to click on GoToG, and then when you click on the window it comes to the front. Just a reminder in case there's an easy fix.

Hello Blender,
Everything has been running Ok,, until today. I was gone and left the computer on. I don't know if I have a connection problem or not, but I cannot connect to the IP, Plus Panda has been disabled. Error-Internal Anti-Virus Error and threats and firewall is disabled. It starts with the SVhost.exe error. The event viewer doesn't list a report! I can't even connect send you the HJT file. I ran it and compared it to a good January run when we were running good. The biggest difference I saw was in HKCU, software, windows,CU,Internet settings, ProxyOverride=127.0.0.1.
I checked around and found that is my own computer address and creates a loop. I deleted the 127.0.0.1 but I still can't get a IP connection.
I've been running in Safe to do the above.
Running Super Spyware comes up clean.
CC Cleaner finds a bunch of WINNT\sustem 32\wbem\logs\ with several listings and lot's of other stuff. I didn't delete any.
At this stage, I'd like to know if I have a hardware or software problem so I can at least access the IP.

I've been able to start and Panda appears to be up and running. I'll send a HJT file when I can, as I've been logged on with another computer.
The event file confirms a IP connection problem. Application log does say that rasctrs cannot be found or message files to diplay from a remote computer. The event log is corrupt.?

I believe a lot of this was related to the IP connection,,BUT the other computer worked well with it?
