lsass.exe error appears at startup and cant access

I turn on my pc and it restarts after the logo bit and an error box appears that lsass.exe cant be found.
i slave the drive an an old pc so i cann get my files but they are access denied as i have a password, i cant add windows agaain aas on the setup tthe erroe occurs, how amm i gonna get my stuff and get that HDD workin/??
please help as i need my work, and i gotta get stuff done.
i have tried everythin i can but nothin, shall i delete WINDOWS folder commpletely and try and add windows or whaat? :whistling: :blink: :help:
