okay, so i built a gaming computer for a friend of mine. I installed windows home on it (i haven't gotten the updates from microsoft yet, because i dont have internet...another problem we gotta get a pci adapter cause the one on the motherboard isnt reading) Anyways everytime we open a program and we try an minimize and drag it it stays in the same spot... i have no idea whats wrong!
