This is not a malware issue.
I recall doing one of these panostandalone cases last year.
PanoStandAlone is not something to remove but file(s) to restore, all to do with HP products.
The file(s) are located on a HP cd.
When you get the message, insert the correct CD that Windows Installer is asking for and shortly after that your problem should be resolved.
