I am addicted to internet browsing so i am on net for hours.I visit many anonimous sites.I am having a feeling that there could be some spy software or worm or keylogger on my system which can pass on my computer information to somebody on the net.Is there any way i can keep my system secure from intruders.I have firewall activated.I am using antivirus and regularly updating it.Many times when i am browsing the antivirus is giving warning that there is a cooky which is currupt or some thing like that message is in tempfolder.then i clean it.help me please.

You will need a PC which can connect to the internet

Run all the programmes as advised then post a current Hijack This Log in a new topic in the Malware Forum

For the purpose of accurate malware analysis, Hijack This Logs are only dealt with in the Malware Forum. Posting them anywhere else will result in a delayed response
