When i start my laptop, the monitor is black.
Sometimes its working but mostly not.
I will a appreciate if someone will help me.

Does this happen when it goes into sleep mode or when you power it on after a complete shutdown?

SAME PROB WITH MY COMPAQ LAPTOP, TRIED TO FIX THE BROKEN HINGE AND UNDID THE RIBBON AND COMP CONN. NOW ALL I GET IS A BLANK SCREEN. CAN HEAR IT REBOOT AND SOUND OF WINDOWS COMING ON BUT STILL BLANK.
