drwtsn32 still no access to My Docs etc[CLOSED]

Still have a problem with the DrWatson Debugger not giving me access to My Computer,My Documents, My Pictures etc.. BUT can access everything through Internet Explorer and Programs such as Word, Mozilla, etc continue to work.

Have run through the methods of spyware removal recommended to others with the same problem but still have no luck. Have Ad-Aware, AboutBuster and here is my Log file for any info!!!

This is the problem is found when the screen pops up with the "not responding/ no access" message.
