I have the new 30GB video iPod that just came out in late December and I have already installed iTunes 7.0. The problem is that whenever I click on iTunes Store and try to log in this message comes up: Itunes couldn't connect to the iTunes Store. The network connection times out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again.
I have tried everything on iTunes help and I have even talked to them, but they did not help me at all. I have turned off my virus protections and firewalls. I have Windows XP. I have dial-up and AOL is my network provider. I do not have Norton as my firewall. I have Windows, McAfee, and AOL firewalls. . I don't know what to do. I have tried everything and I mean everything. When I run network diagnostics I get this:
