Was on Harrahs.com website, got into my account with them, and tried to download (pdf file) a file I have with them. Each time, a message board comes up that says, "IE has encountered a problem and needs to close". Option to either "Send Report" or "Close". On either, after clicking, IE shuts down. I automatically have Microsoft updates, and have tried various other things, but cannot figure out why this is happening.

If someone does reply, please explain step-by-step what I need to do. I am NOT computer smart, so please reply in laymans terms. Thanks!
