Hello,

I became a Verizon Online DSL customer this month, installed the CD that came with it (big mistake). Now my machine is running incredibly slowly. I researched online and I know I don't need to keep the app on there...however I cannot get it to uninstall!!

When I go through Add/Remove Programs, click on Change/Remove, it depresses the button and hangs for a long time, then UN-depresses the button and does nothing else!

I have watched under Task Manager and the vzuninstall.exe file starts up...then disappears after awhile.

I reinstalled from the CD and it still does this same behavior.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried a system restore to a date before you installed the software?
