:tazz: i'm trying to log onto my old laptop that i havent usedin a while and i tried all ofmy old passwords and the clue really doesnt help....does anyone know what i can do?

hmmm... Login in safe mode. underthe administrator account. If it is password protected you are out of luck unless you can get a copy of ERD commander (emergenct recovery disk commander $1000.00 or so) that it a bootable disk that has a lot of good tools can even reset administrator passwords. Sorry if this does not help.
