hi when i go to install explorer 7 it downloads fine but when i have fully installed it and i try to open a page it says it cannot be desplayed, but when i use explorer 6 it works fine..what can this be please can you help

Right-click on the tab menu and turn on the menu bar. Tools>Internet Options>Connections set appropriately.
