:) my computer crashes a lot lately. The only thing I have installed was registry mechanic and spydoctor! :help: :whistling: makes me want to just scrape my whole system and start over! :blink: Also it is really slow on start up! i looked into defragment but it says I do not need to!

You can take a look in event viewer and see if you have any yellow or red X's in there. If you do a properties on them you can see where the error may be coming from. Most crashes are usually caused by software drivers. Post the error's here so we can look them up.

I am such an idiot sometimes I did not even know what event viewer was!
I found it though! Thanks for the information! I have solved the problem!
